Anyone diagnosed with low lying placenta?

Question

I am 20 weeks.Anyone diagnosed with a  low lying placenta.What advice were you given?I had it with my first pregnancy but it moved and I had a normal vaginal delivery.However I’m older now and had some spotting in the first trimester with this my second pregnancy.

I was told I have a low lying placenta this is my second pregnancy I didn’t have this my first pregnancy but my doctor said they usually move up as my pregnancy progresses don’t change any of my daily activity and be getting another ultrasound in my 3rd trimester to make sure it has moved away from my cervix

Around 13 weeks I went into emergency with spotting to find out I had a low lying placenta, by my ultrasound at 18 weeks it had moved. 
Currently 21weeks

I was diagnosed and still going through it. No sex or vigorous exercise until my 32 week ultrasound. I am currently 23 weeks. I’m hoping it moves and the doctor seems hopefully but I’m nervous!
