Im experiencing my 1st menstral after depo ive been off since April has anyone conceived after just one menstral cycle

I’m still trying to get pregnant. Second month in a row I have ovulated in over a year.

Yes I did I went off in April 2017 and my first was January and I got pregnant with my son that January
