How to lose ten pounds in 6 months without trying too hard
Hello fellow vegans! I was hoping some of you would be able to offer advice for losing ten pounds over an extended period of time (say 6 months or so). I’m not really in a hurry or trying to lose for a specific reason other than that I think I would feel more fit and confident if I were ten pounds lighter. The thing is that I’ve struggled with disordered eating and being obsessive about this stuff in the past, and I’m hoping to make some habitual changes that lead to shedding a few pounds eventually rather than obsessing over calories/macros/workouts. I eat mostly food I make at home and totally vegan. I workout somewhat frequently (I even ran a half marathon last weekend) and walk most places. Any tips for subtly losing weight that have worked for you?
