Which piercing

So here’s my face with a filter

And without I no longer have piercings

I don’t know which piercing to get bc for some reason all of mine rejected except like two of them got infected and started forming keloids no matter how much as least amount as possible and I cleaned and didn’t touch those ones they still got infected. I had my tragus my nose done 4 times right two times left two times and my cartilage one on each side my belly and other ones. Also any advice or reasons you think my peircings keep rejecting would be greatly appreciated

Also I’m scared of pain but I’ll go through it ive gotten my tattoo and the several piercings because I know the pain is temporary
