California Unemployment

Hello, does anyone recall how long it takes to receive any response after filing for California EDD (unemployment). I read in the FAQ that I am to respond within 10 days of filing but it’s been 12 business days and I haven’t heard back and neither has the company I’ve worked for (since I still communicate with HR manager).
