Maternity and oaternity leave rights?
After reading the answers to the question about dog maternity leave I saw that most answers stated that you should not have leave as it is for recovering after the birth of a child and humans do not birth dogs. As it seems birthing a child is a stipulation for maternity leave, due you believe that parents who adopt, our go though surrogacy, should get leave as they are not physically recovering from birth?
