Pregnancy rhinitis ? Anyone else deal with it before

I pretty much self diagnose but for 3 weeks now I am so congested I can’t breathe at all unless I use a oxymetazoline spray. I tried regular saline spray but it’s not helping at all, after a few minutes of severe congestion I feel like I’m drowning and I can’t help but use my spray. I am now also getting sinus headaches. What should I do !!?? I feel miserable

Yes absolutely, I’ve been stuffy my whole pregnancy basically! Be careful with oxymetazoline (Afrin), if used more than 3 days it can cause rebound congestion (ie your nose becomes “addicted” and it makes the stuffiness way worse!)  I had it as a kid and it was awful to break the cycle!

Yes have had it since week 5 and 39 weeks today. It’s been one of the most annoying parts of pregnancy but almost there!

Same. Very stuffy nose and can barely sleep with it. Try taking hot showers, tea, anything with steam really. For me, it didn't go away until my 3rd trimester. But I do still get it every now and then.

Oh yes. Almost the whole second trimester. It’s thankfully left in the 3rd trimester and was replaced by bad acid reflux.
