Taking Cara Babies

So my son is 11 weeks old and he only sleeps when he is rocked or attached to my boob. He’ll take maybe 2 good naps in the day with a few cat naps, but will fight to go to sleep at night. I also believe he is teething so I give him some Camilia teething medicine and still he fusses and fights it until the next feeding and he’ll stay on the boob. Sometimes he’ll fall asleep if I rock and bounce him in the living room or on the exercise ball. He also sleeps 2-3 hours at night and wakes up to eat. We are currently bed sharing with him in his dockatot in my side or on my chest/boob. So my question is should I pay for taking cara babies now so I can get some sleep or should I wait for 3 month and 4 month leaps to be over? I tried the crying out method one day and couldn’t do it but I want my sleep back.
