Faint positive last night, BFN this morning

Me and my husband have been trying to 2 and a half years and just did our fourth ivf transfer. Today would be 8 days past 5 day transfer. Last night I got a vvfl on a frer pregnancy test and was so excited. Now this morning when I took a new test it was negative. Has this happened to anyone before that has gone on to have a healthy pregnancy?

I know it looks really faint in the first picture but it’s definitely pink in person and showed up in the 3 min window. Went in for blood work today so I’ll know by later this afternoon, but it’s driving me crazy 😩
