5 weeks and 4 days vaginal sonogram

Hello ladies!

I went in at 5 weeks and 4 days to get a vaginal sonogram done (doctor wanted because of previous miscarriage) and all he could see was my uterus with the sac and the yolk. He said it would be too soon to see something or hear a heartbeat. Is that normal? He said it looks like a successful pregnancy and he was not concerned.

I guess I’m just worried because last time I miscarried, he did not see anything at all in my uterus. Not even the sac.

P.s. I’m officially 6 weeks today 💕💙
