The best advice I could give is reduce stress as much as possible, stay positive, speak it into existence...litterally tell yourself it will happen and envision it happening. When you have sex, imagine the sperm and egg meeting and creating a baby. Our thoughts can and do manifest so what you put out there is so important.

I saw you mentioned how all your friends got pregnant faster than you and hunny please do not compare your own journey to others. It makes it much harder on yourself and it can feel really awful hearing others talk about how easy it was when in all honesty, it’s not that easy. After a year of trying is when you should go to your doctor and check to make sure everything is good to go. It took me two years and I gave up at one point and that’s when it finally happened for me, the stress we put on ourselves can make it so much harder to conceive. Good luck and baby dust.

How long have you been trying? It can take up to a year. I tracked and it took me 7 months
