Faint Positive test yesterday - bleeding today

I tested yesterday and got a super faint positive... today I woke up and had 2 light pinky red wipes of blood? Since then it has been a couple more light pink wipes and now it’s gone brown in tone and I’m not cramping just exhausted My last baby was a vanishing twin and I’ve heard you can spot from those even though I didnt with mine. I have a history of miscarriage so I’m not counting that out either. Any insight?
