AM I PREGNANT

I had sex and my period was about 6 days late then it started and was light but got heavier and was heavy enough to fill a tampon. Well I had been nauseous for about a week and took a pregnancy test and it came back negative but I’m still very nauseous. Am I pregnant or just worrying too much?
