Negative in pm urine. Why?  My pee was concentrated... am I not pregnant?

I would bet you are, even if you're doing a urine hold in the afternoon, it's still going to be more diluted than your fmu where you're drinking nothing all night. Hcg doubles every 48-72 hours, so keep up with the testing in the morning and see if there's a line progression.
