14 DPO and pregnant?

Hey gals!

I am 14 DPO (had unprotected sex on Ovulation day) *was in between trackers and Fitbit is the worst* I haven't had a period. I had light spotting on the 9th and 10th (Only when I wiped) and again on the 12th, then this morning I sat down to pee and a tiny stream of dark watery blood came out. It was short and sweet, but now I'm getting cramping a little heavier than usual. Took a hpt on the first day of my late period and was negative. Was going to retest this morning, but didn't remember to do so. Not sure if I should go to the ER or not. Any suggestions or input would be greatly appreciated.

Ps... I had an SA when I was 23 (I was unaware I was pregnant), now I'm 34 and pretty convinced I am.

Update: I was 2 wks along. Silent miscarriage. Any advice on coping? This is my 2nd one. 😢 I just don't want to get out of the house or bed at all. This is miserable.
