Menstrual Cup
Hi, I’m 13 and I’m trying out a menstrual cup like right now. Any tips, I know to wash hands before and after, wash the cup with cold water then warm, and then boil when your week is over. But any tips and tricks to help me out would be helpful. I’ve already stretched out my hymen with tampons so getting the cup up there wasn’t hurtful or anything, it was actually really easy.
