For people that have had mastitis, what order did your symptoms come? Yesterday I felt like I had the flu but no fever. Just chills, sore joints and just feeling run down. My nipples have been sore the past few days. Then this afternoon my right breast started to hurt like it is bruised. I started running a 2 degree fever this afternoon. It is not red.
