Pressure in Vagina

Hey guys I need your help. Lately I’ve been feeling this feeling in my Vagina. It feels like something wants to come out, if that make sense. Also, every once in a while it burns when I pee. But, I figured that was from me being too rough when washing that area... I’ve never had any sort of sexual intercourse, so I know it’s not any type of STD. What should I do? Or what do you guys think it is?
