When do I start OPK's and BBT?

I'm new to Glow and charting, even though I've been TTC for 14 months. Unfortunately today, my AF came so today would be CD1. Should I start charting right away or do I wait until AF is finished?

I take my BBT everyday no matter what. That way you'll see how your whole cycle works.

​Check your OPK instructions. It will tell you when to start testing based on your cycles.

Depending on cycle length - if 28 days - start OPK at CD10
