Crossing the line?

Me and my bf haven’t been on the greatest terms but are trying to work things out. So I expressed to him how I want to be abstinent for a while and he related it to a male friend of mine that he’s jealous of? So he’s accusing me of being shady over a personal sexual decision and thinks he has an opinion on it. Isn’t he crossing the line?

For me, discussing any details about my sex life with someone who isn't part of my sex life is crossing a boundary. So yes, I would be upset about that, as he would likely be if you spoke to one of his friends saying his penis is too small.

Have you always been abstinent with this boyfriend? I always find sex brings me and my fiancé closer. So abstaining when things are rough wouldn’t be helpful to my relationship, obviously I don’t know your situation and I’m sure it’s complicated... but are you sure you even want to be with him?

Have you guys been having sex? I can understand of you have been and then out of the blue said you didn't want to have sex anymore. If it were my boyfriend and it came out of the blue I'd be a little sketched out. I wouldnt jump to conclusions but I'd be suspicious. Talk to him about it and explain exactly why you think abstaining from sex will help you
