“Holiday” Party

Hi there. First time posting and looking for feedback/ your thoughts. My daughter is 8 months old so I’m thinking ahead for next year and the years after at her daycare. My daughter is not being raised to celebrate Christmas... her daycare does “Christmas Parties” for some of the toddler and preschool rooms (doubtful they will do one in the infant room)

Do you think it would be totally out of line for me to request that the daycare have a holiday party in the future as opposed to strictly Christmas parties?

Thank you to everyone who replied. As I said I was just looking for feedback and got it. I anticipated the backlash and you did not disappoint... Its so nice that some of you had had the privilege of growing up Christian in America and have no idea what it’s like to feel left out as a child during this time and as I’m sure you know all too well, excluding those who are different is one of the main tenants of Christianity! Why should a classroom full of students, young students not celebrate all of the people in class If YOU are so worried about your child missing out on cookie decorating or singing carols, why don’t you make sure you do it at home?
