Language delay

Hey mamas my son turned two in August and he’s definitely got a speech delay (got evaluated in the spring but wasn’t delayed enough for services)

Anyone else in the same boat? He does have words but sometimes I feel like he’s just choosing not to talk. He can say “night night” when he goes to bed but some nights just won’t

How can I get him to talk more? He asks “what is this” for a lot of things but won’t repeat it no matter how much I say it lol

He can say “ho ho ho” when he sees Santa but won’t say “milk” or “juice” or many nouns at all really

Any advice would be appreciated!
