Pregnant on Depo shot?

I was on the depo shot , took a test two days ago and it was faint.... september was suppose to go in for another shot but never did ... I never got my period so I couldn’t track my cycle .. has anyone got pregnant on depo shot ?

Took a FR but it was negative????
