So, this just came out of me... My OBGYN told me to count the first time I see any kind of blood as day one of my cycle. So my question is, would you ladies count this? Or would you just call it spotting before your period. Thanks so much in advance 🙂

My ob says unless it’s full flow it is still spotting and it is not cd 1!

It is not cycle day one until you bleed heavy enough to use feminine products (tampons, pads etc.)
