I need some advice. I’m new to pregnancy. It’s an adjustment to say the least and doing my best to learn as much as I can and do the right things.

Im 38, just had a few years of illness. I exercise regularly but mostly yoga. I’m scared to do big yoga stretches. Any ideas on this? When I stretch out my abdominal area or crunch it too hard it scares me. I’m just 5 weeks but I feel like if I stretch to far it’s bad for the structures growing.

I know some people do crazy workouts but I feel my body is a bit more fragile since I was ill for 2 years.

Advice? I literally don’t know what’s the best thing to do. Can you really over stretch? Is that a thing?
