Okay, so I got my implant in August. I started my period about a month later mid September. AND IT HASNT STOPPED. My gyno put my on estrogen pills and I’m currently starting another month of estrogen at 2mg. This will be my second month on such a high dose of estrogen. I’ve gone through like 7 50 count tampon boxes and I’m honestly so sick of it. I was wondering if you guys had any info or ideas on what I could do to get it to stop, what your experience was and if your period lasted this long but stopped, or your thoughts on me just getting it taken out. I chose the implant because I was taking antibiotics for my acne so the pill wasn’t as reliable. However, no I’m wondering if I should just go on the pill and stop taking the acne meds. Any input would be greatly appreciated!
