Christmas outfit?

If your baby is born the day or two after Christmas, would you still put him or her in a Christmas outfit at birth? Or would you consider her first Christmas the following year when she’s a year old?

My baby is being born on the 26th and I would consider his first Christmas next year. 
I’m fine with putting him in Christmas themed outfits but I’m not putting him in anything that says like my first Christmas. 
Like on the 27th I’m putting him and his sister in matching little reindeer outfits. I can’t wait to see the two of them side by side 😊

I'd count it the following year as baby's first Christmas. But sure put him in a cute outfit

I'd consider 1st Christmas the following year. Part of the 1st Christmas is experiencing all the fun outfits and events of the holiday season, which baby would have missed if they were born after Christmas. 
I'd do a welcome 2020 outfit instead.
