Should I be worried?

Hi girls! So recently I have been having pain in my breasts randomly and they’ve grown significantly in size. I’m 19 so idrk if this is just normal although my breasts have been the same size for a while. My areolas have widened and have kind of puffed outwards too. Im just abit nervous because my auntie passed from breast cancer and I have no clue if or how I can get checked out. Thanks x

Edit: Should’ve added that I don’t normally wear bras, maybe that could be the cause of the pain. Also when I examined the breast that has grown larger, the underside has pain when I press.
