I’m so scared of c section....

I had one in May of this year, I fell pregnant again very soon after and now I’m due next May for another c section... just saw a post on fb of someone who died this week after having a c section....... how am I not supposed to stress and worry about dying from this c section. Honestly I never had as many panic attacks as I have this pregnancy and I’m just freaking myself out and thinking really bad/negative thoughts.... I want to be here for my babies...... I can’t shake this feeling of dying and it’s making me depressed.
