I feel like am overdosing on pills

Fertilaid x3, Ovaboost x4, Prenatal x2 & CQ10 x1. I take them daily. Am I lessening my chances for a BFP? I started taking them two months ago with clomid. My period has always been on track like clock work. My period start on the 22nd then end four days later. This month my period started on the 8th and am still bleeding 17 days later. I have contacted my doctor but she wants to refer me to a fertility specialist. We just ran blood work and I got a BFN!
