Dilated kidneys

I had my 20 week anatomy us this past Wednesday and the dr told me my baby boy has slightly dilated kidneys. He said it's fairly common and usually corrects itself. Also it very very very little increases the chance for downs. Anyone else have this? He said not to worry but hello....your talking to a first time mom to be.😥
