Crying in her sleep?

Has anyone else’s baby gone through a phase of crying loudly whilst they are asleep? My daughter has been doing it for about a week but last night it went on all night every 20 mins. If this happened to anyone else did you figure out what the matter was? I don’t know if she’s having nightmares or it’s teething x

My son started doing it, so I would go in and check on him, and he would be totally still with his eyes closed, but yet still crying, so I would typically rub his back and sing him a song and then walk back out and he would stop

We are dealing with this now. He's congested, so maybe that's his problem? I don't see any evidence of teeth, but it was similar when his first two came in 🤷🏼‍♀️

Yes! My little has been doing this the past few nights all night long but never waking up. He has gotten two new teeth in the past couple of days and is showing signs of another so I’m thinking it’s that

My baby did this for a couple of nights (a month back), but not as severely. Wouldn’t do it every 20mins. 
Turns out she had a stomach bug. 
What are the nappies looking like? Are they green at all?
Could be trapped gas/ear infection/teething too. 
Is it only at night? Is there a change in mood during the day? Eating habits?
