Being on top!

I am one that doubts myself all the time. Perks of anxiety 🤷🏻‍♀️

When it comes to getting on top I immediately forget what to do. Do I bounce up and down? Do I move my hips? Like wtf do I do? Also, how to quit getting tired? It’s like 1 minute in and I’m ready to pass out. (I don’t have sex very often as I am single and don’t really like to mingle).
