I am shaking right now ~12dpo

I have felt weird this month... hard nipples 24/7, sore nipples and boobs, cramping, feeling cold a lot. I wasn't sure if it was because I'm dealing with something medical right now or if I was pregnant. I just feel off. I have taken a lot of ibuprofen because of my medical issue which I heard could affect implantation as well.

I just took a test with FMU. I'm currently around 12dpo, not sure exactly because I only did 1 opk and then decided against doing them for the rest of the week. I'm 100% positive that I see a 2nd line and I'm just in shock right now. I haven't told my husband yet since he is at work.

Like holy shiz.... I have been having unprotected sex since the end of July 2018 with not even as much as a scare. My period was always on time. Now here I am testing 2 days before my expected period...
