Low progesterone

Hello Ladies. I am 5weeks and 5 days, my doctor took my progesterone levels last Monday and I was at 19.7 due to some spotting and cramping that happen on Thursday, only he wanted me to re check my progesterone levels yesterday. I received the results today that they are 11.6. My doctor is in surgery till 4:00. Google has been the death of my brain lol. I google this situation and it is telling me that the pregnancy is ectopic. My hcg levels are 4,589. I’m like a nervous wreck and is asking if anyone else had a similar situation.
