Hi ladies I've taken my first shot of PIO today. Its been 12 hours and the lump is the same! How long does it take to go? Also hurts quite a bit. I was wondering whether I'm gonna keep adding lumps with successive injections or are these gonna go soon? Also, where do you take them? I took this first one on my butt and man, it sucks! Spent the entire day lying on my other side. I'm taking it subcutaneous. Is that how you all take it? The doc told me to take is subcutaneous but on the bottle it says use intramuscular
