Ovulating with P.C.O.S

I am on Provera because I am very irregular and have P.C.O.S. I don’t ovulate but my doctor told me I wouldn’t be able to get on any ovulation medicine until a year on Provera. I was wondering if anyone has ever tried any natural supplements and had success ovulating.
