What do you feel your child when they have the stomsch flu?

I’m wondering what I could feed my daughter. So had the stomach flu and has thrown up once already and keeps having diarrhea. My poor baby.

BRAT diet. 
If she can’t swallow or keep down liquids try jello. The sugar can help them get some calories. Pedialite or flat ginger ale.

My mum always swore by toast with very little spread, rich tea / ginger biscuits and flat lemonade.

Chicken broth. I lived off of it every time I was feeling stomach sick. It's light on the stomach so is more likely to stay down. And lots and lots of water to stay hydrated.

How old is she? You could try activated charcoal (but depending on her age I’d check with her doctor if that’s safe) or bentonite clay which is less intense. Just make sure she stays hydrated too.
