Nausea and no appetite

Hey Ladies! This is my third pregnancy and the nausea is not as nearly bad as the first two but it’s there and I’ve lost my appetite which is making it hard to eat. What has helped you the most get through it? I’ve tried everything and then afterwards thinking about it makes me sick.
