Over the past weekend one of my students and her family was in a very bad car accident. Her mother, two older sibilings(13&8) herself(4) and baby brother (2 months) were all injured. The baby being in critical condition, as he sustained the most injuries. Head trauma, spinal injury and brain swelling. The mom has some broken bones but the rest of them suffered minor injuries. I’m stuck, with it being around the holidays. Myself and the rest of my staff want to do something for the family but we don’t know what to do or how to help them in this time, because we have no updates on mom & baby. Someone please give my staff and I suggestions as to what we can do. We already offered to pay their tuition for the month and cover any extra charges they may have.
