Would you judge a girl who?

So I have a friend and her tendencies worry me, her and I have been best friends since I was 3 and I see very clearly past her bullshit and lies that she tells everyone else and I’m not the type to judge someone but this girl is 15( she’s a year younger than me) and she’s hooks up with a new guy almost every night like when I say hook up I mean she sleeps with them the day she meets them and it’s always someone new and she’s not on birth control, she doesn’t use condoms, she straight up refuses to use condoms and today she came home from school and told me she had made out with 3 different guys and slept with one of them in his car at school, her and I have counted and she has 100 1 night stands and 16 guys that she was in a relationship with.I don’t know what to do, I’m 16 and I ended up pregnant( I wasn’t doing what she was doing I slept with one person) but I don’t want her to end up in the same position as me and it’s completely unsafe what she’s doing and I don’t know how to talk to her or what to say. What do y’all think I should do? Also I’m not trying to call her out or judge her or be rude but i don’t want her to get hurt or pregnant or wind up with a std
