Carnation Instant Breakfast?

So I talked to my doctor yesterday and she said it would be a good idea to add in a meal drink like this or Ensure or something to help pack on some extra calories and some weight. Anyone have any knowledge or experience on these and know which ones are best?

The chocolate ones are delicious! If they didn't have folic acid in them they would still be my breakfast of choice.

I drank the Boost shakes,  similar to Ensure. They tasted like chocolate milk shakes when they cold.

Boost. Those things are AMAZING and they are way better than the breakfast carnations. The vanilla one tastes like cake batter lol the chocolate one is good too ☺️

Drank. Breakfast essentials everyday in the morning before breakfast it helped curved my nausea and put on weight after my hypermesis... Idk why ppl saying its not healthy...
