I need help, long story short I went to get my hair lightened over the summer and the salon messed it up drastically and irritated my scalp badly. They offered to dye it free so I wanted to go grey or a lavender or Smokey blue, no pink or orange bc I hate those colors. They gave me neon purple hair! and it faded out neon pink and I’ve been clarifying shampooing it and it’s stuck here with some bright orange and bright pink underneath it and it’s not budging anymore. Please help I need to fix it ASAP!!! Picture is where it looks now, I want a pastel purple or dark grey.
