My son is Anthony, husband is Anthony, as are my FIL and his father. It’s def AnTHony. You’d spell it Antony for the other pronunciation. I’ve only heard it as Antony in other countries, but I’m from the US so 🤷🏻‍♀️

Well my nephews name is Anthony with a H, I speak Spanish and if I'm speaking spanish its Antony, and if I'm speaking English its Anthony. But most of the time it's just Tony lol 🤷‍♀️
