Foster Parent

My husband and I are looking into fostering. We are 24 years old. We started dating at 16 and I told him, when we started talking about goals and etc,no matter if we have our own kids or not fostering will always be a priority of mine. So now, 7 years later, we are finally financially, emotionally, and mentally ready to welcome a child into our home temporarily or permanently.

Are any of you ladies foster parents? Could you provide some insight? Give advice about the whole process? Give advice to us?
