How to deal with bottle refusal from 4 month old baby?

I tried different bottles, nipples, places, and person and even tried expressed milk in bottle but it didnt help.

I used this with my second who refused anything once I went back to work. It can be messy so put a burp cloth under it but they just lap it up out the cup once you tilt it. She used it from about 3mths and still uses it now at almost 3. She transitioned to cups and straws easily and eventually spilled less. Start with a small amount in the cup until you both get the hang of it. I recommend one ounce and then continue to add until full. I hope this helps!
