Do you think my friend is lying about being pregnant?

So I'm going to attach the Convo, even though I don't think anything in the convo seems weird at all to someone who doesn't know her. I also thought she was joking at first so I made the "baby daddy" comment but when I thought she might be serious I stopped joking.

What does seem weird is some of the details of the convo though.

1. My friend has always told little white lies. Enough to where I question what she tells me a lot

2. I know she feels left out because our whole friend group is married with kids and she is the only one who isn't. She has been hooking up with some guy for a couple months now. And always mentions how she feels sad because everyone has families but her.

3. The pregnancy test she sent me that she said she took right them seems odd because when I sent the pic to my husband the pic had the black boarder on it like when you screen shot a picture AND she doesn't have marbled countertops in her apartment, which is where she was at when she said she took the test. Also, I felt like she didn't want to take the second one because she thought I might ask to see it (totally assuming that though)

4. She randomly texted this to me and I know she is smart! She's a nurse and knows to always use protection so saying she didn't seemed out of character. Also her reaction seemed off (I might just be overthinking it).

5. When she was on the phone with the OB it was 5:15 and I know the Ob office closed at 5 because she called mine.

Do you think she's telling the truth or does something seem off?

**UPDATE** she texted me this morning saying the OB wanted her to reschedule for Monday and i started questioning her a little more and told her to take the second test.

She agreed and took it.

What do you know? No second line and the counter tops in the photo were from her apartment. Not pregnant.
