ER visit?

I gave birth 12/9. I’ve been having some pain off and on what feels like my uterus and also when I pee for the past couple days. I kind of notice that it’s uncomfortable, almost like my catheter is still in from labor. I’ve kind of been brushing it off as PP pains. This evening, my ankles, hips & knees feel achy and I’m freezing (which is not uncommon, always cold). I took my temp with a forehead thermometer and got several that are ranged from 100.0-100.9. My baby’s and husbands are both normal. Is this ER worthy? It’s the middle of the night so I can’t call my OB office for an appointment, I’d have to wait til morning. Also, if I do go in, do I bring baby into the germy hospital? Or leave her with grandma? She’s EBF, never had a bottle before. Advice??
