Nausea remedies?
Due to my birth control (which I am switching in a few days) I am experiencing extreme nausea with my period.
And since I'll be switching my birth control I'm pretty confident that the next month for me will be filled with days that I feel nauseous.
So I'm curious to know what some of you do or use or take to eliminate or reduce nausea.
