How is it possible

Yesterday I took a first response test around 2pm there was pink line in less then 1 minute

Posted pic everyone could see it this morning I took with fmu very very line show up or idk if it’s the line actually posted and people say it’s negative I’m really confuse haven’t had a period since October not sure if I’m actually pregnant or should I just test again in two days only symptoms I have are boobs hurt suddenly and I sometimes feel sick but nothing major
